I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been placed please make sure you are 100% content with what you are about to purchase.

 

Can I change the address that my order is shipped to?

Yes however you must get in contact right away with your customer reference number and also the address which you inputed along with the new shipping address. if this is not completed right away Youngfreshco will not be held accountable if the order is posted to the original shipping address provided 

 

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

My order has not arrived in the time stated what should i do?

Please get in contact right away at info@youngfreshco.com with your order reference number,name and address we will follow up this query and post a new shipment recorded delivery if the package is unable to be located.
